  • Cheese Cheeses, especially mild or soft cheeses pair well with Mercurey Pinot Noir.

Critique Review

This wine is already well integrated. Warm red fruits are lifted easily by red-currant acidity. The tannins fit easily into this fruitiness to produce a balanced wine that has the potential for medium-term aging. Drink from 2021.

ROGER VOSS, Wine Enthusiast on the 2017 vintage.

A third of our estate is located in the Côte d’Or with vineyards in Aloxe-Corton, Beaune 1er Cru, St Aubin, Pommard, and... Santenay of course and the rest is located in the up and coming appellation of Mercurey. The estate was converted to sustainable farming in 2004, Terra-vitis certified. We apply practices which respect the environment and don’t use herbicides pesticides, or artificial chemicals. A beautiful land of Mercurey. South West exposure hillside. Clay, limestone and draining. The specific climate 1er Cru "Les Puillets" expresses power and elegance characteristic of his appellation
