The Kerisac "Cuvee Speciale" Dry is a traditional French Cider, made with 100% of French apples carefully selected in our own orchards in Brittany. Kerisac Cidre Brut presents an amber-yellow colour with fine and light bubbles. It offers aromas of biscuit, bread and hints of flowers and nuts. On the palate, a refreshing acidity precedes a delicate finish.

- Meat Dishes in sauce, white meats (poultry, pork, veal), rabbit, foie gras, pâtés, cured meats, traditional French savoury buckwheat crepes.
