A beautiful, vibrant and lively colour. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity, dry wine of good structure. Light, crisp and well balanced on the palate, with delicate floral notes and hints of pear, green apple and apricot. Neither too dry, or too sweet. Good acidity, with smooth, dry tannins. An excellent wine for a perfect mimosa.

VINEYARD

Cecilia Beretta, pride of the Pasqua Family, was born at the beginning of the eighties as an agricultural company dedicated to research and advanced studies. The name originates from the splendid Beretta Villa, built in the seventh century in Mizzole, in the eastern zone of the Valpolicella region, by the count Giuseppe Beretta, former mayor of the city of Verone, agronomist and rural poet.

The Pasqua family bought the vineyards of Mizzole, Mattaranetta and San Felice around the end of the 1940s. Special attention has been given to these vineyards since the beginning of the 1980s, when Pasqua's consolidation in the international market enabled the company to dedicate significant resources to increasing the potential quality of its production.

The grapes are vinified in white. The must undergoes a light cleaning by static settling. Beginning of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-18° C. Then the product is cleaned and stocked in stainless steel tanks.
