WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES? 

The shipping fee is based on your order amount & delivery postal code. Check below the conditions.
Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to the shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Wine Connection reserves the right to revise the shipping fees any time at its discretion.


WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DOES WINE CONNECTION OFFER?

We offer two delivery options:

- Selected areas in KL & Klang Valley: 3-hour* delivery (if you place your order before 6 pm) or any other slot that is convenient for you.
Please note that only at check-out you will see if your postcode is eligible for the 3 hours delivery. The 3-hour delivery might be unavailable during peak periods & is subjected to a maximum order volume for each slot.

- West Malaysia covered by 3rd party delivery partner: standard delivery.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME?

  1. Cut-off time for 3-hour* delivery to selected areas in KL & Klang Valley:

For orders before 6 pm: you can select 3-hour* delivery up to 10 pm or get delivered the next day onwards from 1 pm.

For orders after 6 pm: all orders are delivered the following day onwards from 1 pm.

3-hour delivery time slots: 1pm - 4pm, 4pm - 7pm, 7pm - 10pm. We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times within the given time-slots.

  1. No cut-off time for standard 2-3 working days delivery.

All deliveries will be scheduled in the next 2-3 working days.

IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe is based on the first delivery attempt of the parcel; If you are unable to receive the parcel at the time, the logistics partner may attempt delivery again. (Subject to their available time slots)


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

You can enjoy FREE delivery on all online orders above RM300. 

In the event your order is below RM300, you have to pay for a delivery fee of RM15.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AROUND WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. The driver will contact you before arrival. You may advise the driver to keep the delivery at your convenient place, or to reschedule the delivery subject to their planning.

DOES WINE CONNECTION SHIP OUTSIDE MALAYSIA?

No, we do not ship to international locations. You can also visit our Thailand website here for shipping orders to addresses based in Thailand. Or visit our Singapore website here for shipping orders to addresses based in Singapore.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports, and airports.

MY ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, please email my.orders@wineconnection.com or contact us at  +60 3 2110 0360 quoting with your Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

WHO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER?

You must be 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

 DO YOU OFFER SELF COLLECTION SERVICE?

No, we do not offer a self-collection service currently.
