(1) I placed my order on a business day before 11am.

Your package will reach you within 1-2 working days for delivery in Kuala Lumpur and 2-3 working days delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur.


(2) I placed my order on a business day after 11am.

Your package will reach you within 2-3 working days for delivery in Kuala Lumpur and 3-4 working days delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur.


IMPORTANT: If the date you have placed an order is a weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will reach you within 1-4 business day.

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

 You can enjoy free shipping for orders above MYR 200.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY WINE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

You will be able to receive your order in 1-2 working days delivery in Kuala Lumpur and in 2-3 working days delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur

Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

We aim to deliver your order to you within 1-3 working days from the date of your order confirmation. Subjected to stock availability.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AROUND WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

We use local couriers (NinjaVan) to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Our local courier partner (NinjaVan) will be sending you an email with a rescheduling link to choose the next available date / time-slot for your redelivery. You can call +60 3 2110 0360 to reschedule your order.

 

DOES WINE CONNECTION SHIP OUTSIDE SINGAPORE?

No, we do not ship to international locations. You can also visit our Singapore website here for shipping orders to addresses based in Singapore and our Thailand website here for shipping orders to addresses based in Thailand.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports and airports.

 

DOES WINE CONNECTION DELIVER ON SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

No. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday, processing time will be extended by additional 1 – 3 working days.

 

MY ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Normally, you should receive your item within 1-3 working days depending if we have the item at our warehouse. Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, you can check your order status here or contact us using the Contact Us Form with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

 

WHO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER?

You must be 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.
