Brilliantly ripe and shows bright, brisk acidity and good minerality , this lush, medium-bodied wine has an extroverted personality, starting with aromas like butter, vanilla, apricot and pineapple, then emphasises green apple pie flavours. A soft texture and lingering finish completes the picture. An excellent food pairing with fish or chicken dishes.
