This organic wine has been made through the embrace of organic and biodynamic principles in our viticulture and winemaking. Leah blends together fruit from our three vineyards, each adding individual characteristics to the final wine. Certified organic grapes were hand-picked, hand-sorted, fermented with wild yeast and plunged by hand twice daily. The wine was aged for 11 months in French oak barriques, 15% new. Bottled unfiltered.
