SERESIN - SAUVIGNON BLANC

A pale yellow colour with medium acidity. A Sauvignon Blanc that displays passion fruit, some stone fruits of, peach, apricot and nectarine, with smokey oak, and herbaceous notes on the nose. With a chalky mineral complexity, and finely textured palate of ripe tropical fruits, gooseberry, and citrus notes, framed by a fresh acidity to create a persistent, long finish.

VINEYARD

We farm biodynamically. This means we work in harmony with seasonal, earthy and celestial rhythms. Our wines therefore express a sense of time, with wines from each harvest subtly different from its predecessor.

We keep the vines healthy by feeding the soil with animal manure composts, and spraying the vine leaves with teas made from local herbs and minerals.

Label Notes:

We embrace the principles of organics and biodynamics in our viticulture and winemaking. Certified organic wines grapes were hand-picked from our Home and Raupo Creek vineyards were whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented with wild yeast, 15% in aged French oak barriques. Blended from 18 portions of Sauvignon Blanc and 2 portions of Semillon, this unique wine's distinctive components give it complexity, structure and texture.
