ZONTE'S FOOTSTEP "LOVE SYMBOL" - Grenache - McLaren Vale, AUSTRALIA
For too long Grenache has been a backup performer. It is time for our beloved Love Symbol to shine as a solo artist. Love Symbol's 'autograph' is its soft-yet juicy tannins and cleansing acidity that fill the mouth making you yearn for another performance. Aromas of rich red fruits and plum with fine-grained fruit tannins. A wine of stature, elegance, prettiness, and poise. Our Love Symbol will make you fall in love. We promise. Its versatility means that it can be paired with virtually any food, but especially well suited to slow-cooked meats, stews, and casseroles.

Vegan Wine
Though made entirely the same way as all wines, vegan wines are wines in which during the winemaking step of "fining" that is needed to filter the wine, no animal-based products are used. The most common fining agents used by the wine industry are egg whites and milk protein. Vegan wines instead use alternatives such as clay or plant-based fining agents.
Critique Review
It didn’t see much oak and is “intentionally made to be lighter in body”. It still has plenty of flavour to my way of thinking. Plenty of flavour and excellent flavour it is too. Red berried, sweet and ripe but fluent, frisky, juicy, exuberant. Red licorice with orange peel, florals and associated sweet spices. Terrific drinking, full stop.
